Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Downloadable files
Digital workbooks, guides, planners, and journals
Educational materials
Digital templates or resources
Any product delivered electronically
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund for digital content, except where required by law.
Physical Products
For physical products (such as mugs, apparel, or merchandise):
All sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged or defective
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Proof of damage (photo or video) may be required
Approved replacements will be issued at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for physical products due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.
